To untype an object means to remove the link back to its type, or defining object in a library.


If you wanted to untype the model object with the ID "Audio Panel", simply click on the ... icon next to Type in the Properties Panel. Then in the Edit Type window that opens, click on Untype, OK.



The Type is removed and the object will merely appear with its ID, "Audio Panel".
