Installation Instructions

Open your Receipt email (if you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder) and click the View Order button.
Click the subscription under My Orders.
On the right side of the screen under Files, download the installer for Windows (.exe) or Mac (.dmg), as well as the library and sample project.
Under Licenses click the license key to open the License Details, then copy the license key. The license key is a long string of characters.
Run the installer, and paste in the license key when required.
After Wiring Planner opens, you may click File, Open to open the library and sample project that you downloaded.

Cancel or Pause a Subscription

Browse to the Orders page and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with a sign-in link.
After clicking the sign-in link, click the subscription you want to manage.
Click Manage Subscription at the bottom of the page.
Click the Cancel Subscription button. If your subscription was previously cancelled, you will see a Resume Subscription button instead.
Click Save changes at the bottom of the Subscription Details.

Browse to the Orders page and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with a sign-in link.
After clicking the sign-in link, click the subscription you want to resume.
Click Manage Subscription at the bottom of the page.
Click the Resume Subscription button.
Click Save changes at the bottom of the Subscription Details.
