All the conductors in a cable can be added to a diagram using the following steps:


  1. Expand the cable in the model to reveal the conductors within a twist.
  2. Add the first conductor to the diagram by dragging it from the model onto the diagram. This will cause the pointer to change to a conductor pointer. Click the starting node, the small open circle that is part of a contact or a conductor attach point, then move the pointer toward the destination node.
  3. To add a 90 degree turn, move the pointer up or down, then move the pointer left or right to position the turn where desired. Then click to lock in the position of the turn.
  4. Hover over the destination node until a green square appears, then click to complete the connection.
