The File menu lets you:
Create a new project or library - 
On the Man Toolbar
Open an existing project or library - 
On the Main Toolbar
Save projects or libraries - 
On the Main Toolbar.
Save All (Projects and libraries) - 
On the Main Toolbar.
Save As, allows you to save a Project under another name.
