This option allows you to open an existing Library or an Existing Project.


You can also open an existing Library or Projct by clicking on the Icon on the Main Toolbar.


If there are many files to choose from, you can also set a filter for either *.wpproj or *.wplib at the bottom of the File Explorer window.
